摘  要
随着社会的进步和儿童福利事业的发展，儿童福利院承担的责任日益重大，管理也面临诸多挑战。传统的手工管理方式在处理大量数据时显得力不从心，难以实现高效、快速的信息录入、查询和更新，导致管理效率低下，使得福利院无法准确掌握儿童的基本信息、健康状况、教育进展等重要数据，影响了对儿童需求的精准判断和福利服务的有效提供。。因此，研究儿童福利院管理信息系统具有重要的现实意义和应用价值，对于推动儿童福利事业的健康发展具有深远影响。
本文拟采用大数据技术、SpringBoot框架开发儿童福利院管理信息系统，旨在提升管理效率与数据精准度。该系统集成了Java后台技术和MySQL数据库，确保系统稳定可靠且具备良好的可扩展性。经过全面的需求分析，系统设计了丰富的功能，涵盖儿童信息管理、床位分配、健康状况、膳食信息等多个方面，为福利院提供全方位、精准化的管理服务。同时，系统前端界面采用Vue、Html、CSS等技术，优化用户体验，确保操作便捷直观。本儿童福利院管理信息系统的开发与实施，将为福利院实现高效、精准管理提供有力支持，具有重要的实际应用价值。

Abstract
With the progress of society and the development of children\'s welfare, the responsibility of children\'s welfare institutions is becoming increasingly significant, and management also faces many challenges. The traditional manual management method appears inadequate in handling large amounts of data, making it difficult to achieve efficient and fast information input, query, and update, resulting in low management efficiency. This makes it difficult for welfare institutions to accurately grasp important data such as children\'s basic information, health status, and educational progress, affecting the precise judgment of children\'s needs and the effective provision of welfare services.. Therefore, studying the management information system of children\'s welfare institutions has important practical significance and application value, and has a profound impact on promoting the healthy development of children\'s welfare undertakings.
This article intends to use big data technology and the SpringBoot framework to develop a children\'s welfare home management information system, aiming to improve management efficiency and data accuracy. The system integrates Java backend technology and MySQL database to ensure stability, reliability, and good scalability. After a comprehensive requirement analysis, the system has designed rich functions, covering multiple aspects such as children\'s information management, bed allocation, health status, dietary information, etc., to provide comprehensive and accurate management services for welfare institutions. At the same time, the front-end interface of the system adopts technologies such as Vue, Html, CSS, etc. to optimize the user experience and ensure convenient and intuitive operation. The development and implementation of the management information system for this children\'s welfare home will provide strong support for the efficient and precise management of the welfare home, and has important practical application value.
