摘  要
随着城市化进程的加速，垃圾和危险品处理成为城市管理的重要环节。传统的处理方式存在效率低下、资源浪费、安全隐患大等问题，已无法满足现代城市管理的需求。因此，开发垃圾和危险品处理智能化管理平台成为迫切需求。该平台能实现对垃圾和危险品的分类、收集、运输、处理全过程的智能化监控和管理，有效提升处理效率，减少资源浪费，降低环境污染和安全风险。其意义不仅在于提升城市管理的智能化水平，更在于为构建绿色、安全、可持续的城市环境提供有力支持。
该系统采用Java作为后台编程语言，MySQL作为数据库，结合Vue技术进行设计。首先明确了系统需求，随后进行了体系结构、功能与数据库设计。系统还特别注重用户权限设置，并运用Vue技术优化前台界面，提升用户体验。系统功能包括回收人员管理、垃圾回收管理、垃圾回收管理、危险品回收管理、回收预约管理、分配信息管理、回收订单管理、垃圾库存管理、垃圾入库管理、系统管理，上线后，该系统得到了用户的好评，不仅满足了他们的需求，还改进了垃圾回收管理方式，提高了效率。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, the disposal of garbage and hazardous materials has become an important part of urban management. The traditional processing methods have problems such as low efficiency, resource waste, and significant safety hazards, which can no longer meet the needs of modern urban management. Therefore, the development of an intelligent management platform for waste and hazardous material disposal has become an urgent need. This platform can achieve intelligent monitoring and management of the entire process of garbage and hazardous materials classification, collection, transportation, and treatment, effectively improving treatment efficiency, reducing resource waste, and reducing environmental pollution and safety risks. Its significance lies not only in improving the intelligence level of urban management, but also in providing strong support for building a green, safe, and sustainable urban environment.
The system uses Java as the backend programming language, MySQL as the database, and Vue technology for design. Firstly, the system requirements were clarified, followed by architecture, functionality, and database design. The system also pays special attention to user permission settings and utilizes Vue technology to optimize the front-end interface and enhance the user experience. The system functions include personnel management, garbage classification management, garbage collection management, hazardous material collection management, collection appointment management, allocation information management, collection order management, garbage inventory management, garbage storage management, and system management. After its launch, the system received praise from users, not only meeting their needs, but also improving the garbage classification management method and increasing efficiency.
