摘 要
随着计算机信息技术的发展，各种管理系统逐渐用在社会生产生活中，通过系统化管理提高办事流程，节约时间。在医院，存在许多的服务内容，如预约挂号、信息咨询、就诊管理等等，这些复杂的业务信息单靠人工管理，费时费力，还容易出错。如果通过医院管理系统进行系统化管理，可以有效的解决医院的整个诊疗过程，提高患者看病的效率。
论文先介绍当前医院诊疗管理系统的现状，然后调研开发这一系统的主流技术，最终选择通过Java的MVC框架开发，选择轻量级的关系型MySQL数据库存储数据。接着进行系统的需求分析、功能设计、数据库设计，最后进行编码实现。医院诊疗管理系统主要包括了前台和后台信息管理两个部分，前台实现信息浏览、在线挂号、在线咨询、就诊管理等，后台实现公告管理、挂号管理、在线诊疗、恢复情况信息管理等功能。
医院诊疗管理系统可以给患者提供快捷高效的看病流程，方便了人们的生活。同时，医院诊疗管理系统帮助医生快速的进行疾病确诊，在线诊疗，提高了看病工作效率。

Abstract
With the development of computer information technology, various management systems are gradually used in social production and life. Through systematic management, business processes are improved and time is saved. In hospitals, there are many service contents, such as appointment and registration, information consultation, medical treatment management, etc. These complex business information are managed manually, time-consuming, laborious, and prone to errors. If systematic management is carried out through the hospital management system, it can effectively solve the whole diagnosis and treatment process of the hospital and improve the efficiency of patients.
The paper first introduces the current situation of the hospital diagnosis and treatment management system, then investigates and develops the mainstream technology of this system, and finally chooses to develop through the MVC framework of Java, and choose the lightweight relational MySQL database to store data. Then the system needs analysis, functional design, database design, and finally coding implementation. The hospital diagnosis and treatment management system mainly includes two parts: the foreground and background information management. The foreground realizes information browsing, online registration, online consultation, and medical treatment management, while the background realizes announcement management, registration management, online diagnosis and treatment, and recovery information management.
The hospital diagnosis and treatment management system can provide patients with fast and efficient medical procedures, which facilitates people's life. At the same time, the hospital diagnosis and treatment management system helps doctors to quickly diagnose diseases, online diagnosis and treatment, and improve the efficiency of medical work.

目前也存在一些医院使用管理系统的情况，但是大多使用的是单机版本进行管理，虽然可以方便医生，创建诊断模板，并从医药库中选择药品。但是客户无法使用这种模式，不能通过网站的形式进行挂号，所以只有开发基于Web的医院诊疗管理系统，才更能满足当前客户的要求。通过浏览器即可访问系统，在线查询信息、预约挂号、查看疾病诊断、紧急情况的处理等专业医疗知识，也可以通过交流模块发表问题和医生进行交互，提高了服务效率。
对于客户来说，通过注册获取个人的账号信息，然后所有的操作都可以记录，包括个人的挂号信息、诊疗信息、交流问题等等，防止遗忘，为下次同样疾病的处理提供参考。系统提供的交流模块可以为其他用户提供疾病诊疗的帮助。
基于Web的医院诊疗管理系统的开发，对医院来说，可以降低医院的开支，提升医院的服务水平，帮助医生实现在线诊断，彻底抛弃传统的纸制问诊流程，将信息全部通过数据库保存，随时的查阅，不再担心数量多或者丢失的问题。基于Web的医院诊疗管理系统的设计，也可以帮助医院解决信息集成的问题，将医院其它的系统通过接口的方式进行信息共享，实现一体化的管理模式。
基于Web的医院诊疗管理系统的B/S模式，方便安装，减少了维护的工作量，只需要通过服务器端的更新就可以实现新系统的发布，提高了医院诊疗管理系统的可扩展性和可移植性。
