基于PHP的学生宿舍管理系统

摘 要：互联网信息科技日益成熟的前提下，高校各管理部门也纷纷提出使用信息技术，来改变传统工作效率低下的问题。基于WEB的信息技术管理系统，可以随时随地的管理日常信息，提高了管理灵活性。高校后勤管理的重要部分，宿舍管理，效率如何直接决定了高校教育教学水平。而有章可循、规范有效的学生宿舍管理系统不仅约束了学生个人行为，还降低了宿管员工作强度。

学生宿舍管理系统基于WEB开发，使用PHP技术，运用Dreamwear和MySQL平台开发。本学生宿舍管理系统是对高校后勤应用的体现，在学生宿舍信息管理，宿舍查询方面进行了分析设计和实现。通过学生宿舍管理系统实现，规范的对宿舍相关数据进行管理，达到完整性和安全性的目的。

Abstract：Absrtact: On the premise of the maturity of Internet information technology, the management departments of colleges and universities have proposed to use information technology to change the inefficiency of traditional work. The information technology management system based on WEB can manage daily information anytime, anywhere, and improve the management flexibility. The important part of university logistics management, dormitory management and efficiency directly determine the level of university education and teaching. The effective and regular management of dormitory electricity consumption not only restricts students'individual behavior, but also reduces the work intensity of dormitory administrators.

Student dormitory management system is developed based on WEB, PHP technology, Dreamwear and MySQL platform. The student dormitory management system is the embodiment of university logistics application. It is analyzed, designed and implemented in the aspects of student dormitory information management and dormitory electricity utilization. Through the implementation of student dormitory management system, standardized management of dormitory-related data to achieve the purpose of integrity and security.

本文研究制作了学生宿舍管理系统，通过软件工程方法，运用理论和编码实践，完成了系统功能设计实现和测试。

首先对学生宿舍管理系统进行了课题分析，进行了宿舍管理情况的调研，参考相关文献，结合需求，进行文档整理。使用面向程序开发语言PHP、数据库使用MySQL。通过数据库存储学生数据，实现宿舍学生同步控制和管理。学生宿舍管理系统的提出，很大程度上提升高校后勤管理效率。

通过测试发现，系统也存在一些问题，这些问题在以后实际工作中，逐步完善。如，本学生宿舍管理系统的具体业务不够精细，不能完全满足实际使用需求。另外，研究和使用的技术不够高，对主流技术使用少，如目前广泛运用的手机互联网的兼容和搭建。最后，对数据库的数据冗余和数据安全也需要进一步完善。
